* 속추 (Sokcho), North of S.Korea:
- Sokcho (속초) is a city in Gangwon-do province, South Korea. It is located in the far northeast of Gangwon-do. Lying north of the 38th parallel, the city belonged to North Korea from 1945 until the end of the Korean War, when the dividing line between the two Korean states was officially altered. Consequently, many of the population have relatives in North Korea. Today, Sokcho receives a number of tourists attracted by the closeness to the DMZ. The city is also a well-known gateway to nearby Seoraksan national park. Until the opening of the airport in Yangyang County, Sokcho had its own airport, linking the city to Seoul. The city still attracts many national and international tourists, not only because of Seorak-san, but also because of its fine fishery products. The beach of Sokcho has a good reputation, although it is only open for 42 days every year.

- The 63 Building (Hangul: 63 빌딩 or 육삼 빌딩), officially the 63 City, is a skyscraper on Yeouido island, overlooking the Han River in Seoul, South Korea. At 249 meters high, it was the tallest building outside North America when completed in 1985, but as of 2010 is no longer in the top 100. It was South Korea's tallest building until Hyperion Tower surpassed it in 2003 and remained South Korea's tallest commercial building until the Northeast Asia Trade Tower was topped-out in 2009. The 63 Building was a result of a building boom in South Korea. 63 refers to the building's 63 official stories, of which 60 are above ground level and 3 are basement floors. The skyscraper is the headquarters of Korea Life Insurance, Industrial Bank of Korea Securities, and other major financial companies.

* 롯데월드 [롣떼월드] (Lotte World), Seoul, S.Korea:
- Lotte World is located in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, South Korea. Lotte World is a major recreation complex in Seoul, South Korea. It consists of the world's largest indoor theme park (a Guinness World Record) which is open all year around, an outdoor amusement park called "Magic Island", an artificial island inside a lake linked by monorail, shopping malls, a luxury hotel, a Korean folk museum, sports facilities, and movie theaters all in one place. Opened on July 12, 1989, Lotte World receives over 8 million visitors each year and is considered along with Tokyo Disney Resort as one of the world-class theme parks in Asia. Lotte World can be easily accessed from Jamsil Station, on Line 2 and Line 8 of the Seoul Subway. Located near the park is Seok-Chon Lake.
- Lotte World was one of several locations used for filming the Korean drama Stairway to Heaven.

- Everland Resort, is a theme park in Yongin, a city in Gyeonggi-do province, South Korea. Everland is South Korea's largest theme park. With 8.6 million visitors, Everland ranked 10th in the world for amusement park attendance in 2007. Along with its main attractions, Everland also includes a zoo and a water park known as Caribbean Bay. Everland is operated by Samsung Everland, which is a subsidiary of the Samsung Group. Some say the park is a low-scale copy of Disneyland, noting the architecture, scale, themes, and general atmosphere.
