보다

So sánh:  the 1st thing + 가/이 + the 2nd thing + 보다 + quality.
It means: the 1st thing is ...>.... than the 2nd thing.

- 크다 : to grow; big; large; loud; 커요.   ><    - 작다 : small; 작아요.

* 저건 이것보다 좀 싸요. (건 here = 것은) That one is little cheaper than this one.
- 사과가 참외보다 싸요. The apples are cheaper than the melons.
- 참외가 사과보다 비싸요. The melons are more expensive than the apples.
- 민욱씨가 마이클씨보다 커요. Minuk is taller than Michael.
- 부산이 서울보다 작아요. Seoul is larger than Pusan.
- 이인형이 저인형보다 귀여워요. This doll is move lovely than that one.
- 이것이 저것보다 마음에 들어요. This thing takes more people's fancy than that one.
- 남동생이 저보다 커요. My younger brother is taller than me (I am).
